Creates a spaced parenthesis so as to avoid text collisions, especially between italicized content and a closing non-italicized round bracket:
It has the short but not entirely intuitive short {{--)}} because both {{)}} and {{-)}} were already used by other templates.
Usage
Example: Template:Blockindent produces: Template:Blockindent instead of: Template:Blockindent
