Ray Leopold (Born ) is a retired member of the United States Air Force, Systems Engineering, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications Executive, and mentee of John Boyd. Leopold has a PhD in Electrical Engineering and also an Honorary Doctorate in Telecommunications Management who has taught at MIT, George Washington University and the US Air Force Academy. Twenty-seven US Patents and 75 patents in other countries.
